Who we are
Gridome ("we", "us") operates this website, gridome.energy, and is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@gridome.energy. We're based in Słupsk, Poland.
What we collect
This is a pre-launch site. The only personal data we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist: your email address. Alongside it we store the language you used, an approximate country or region derived from your request, and the date you signed up.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email for one thing: to contact you about Gridome's launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We don't send marketing for other products, and we never sell your data.
Where it's stored
Your details are kept in a database hosted by Cloudflare in the European Union, and the website itself is served through Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare acts as our processor; we don't share your data with anyone else.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme and language choices are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device only, and they're never sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until we launch or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@gridome.energy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy, or to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@gridome.energy and we'll act on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Poland's data protection authority, the UODO (uodo.gov.pl).
Changes
If our data practices change, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
