What this site is
This is a pre-launch informational website about Gridome, a home energy management product in development. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that any feature, integration, price or date described will be available. Details may change as the product develops.
What these terms cover
These terms cover this website only. We do not run a waitlist and we do not take orders. Setting up a Gridome through the setup page and using remote access are not covered by these terms. Separate terms will come with the device when it goes on sale.
Intellectual property
The Gridome name, logo, text and design on this site are ours; please don't reuse them without permission. Third-party names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law.
