What data we hold about you
If you joined the waitlist, we hold your email address, the language you used, an approximate country or region, and your sign-up date. That's all. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access:get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification:correct anything that's wrong.
- Erasure:have your data deleted (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restriction:limit how we use your data.
- Portability:receive your data in a portable format.
- Objection:object to our use of your data.
- Withdraw consent:at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
How to exercise them
Email hello@gridome.energy with your request. We'll respond within one month, as the GDPR requires, and there's no charge.
Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to Poland's data protection authority: the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
